As the saying goes - just another black cat. Not really but that is often why they don't get adopted or just dumped or not socialized well. Cece was one of those that got picked up as a stray. We were able to help out our local animal services and make her a part of TANKS. She is shy and timid so socializing is taking quite sometime but she definitely likes when she sees the Treat Lady coming around.
